Indus for All Programme Partnership Projects


In the first round of finding (Year 2008) the Partnership Fund provided grant to 13 project proposals. Ten project proposals were approved by the Partnership Fund Technical Committee Meeting held on 12 August 2008, at Karachi. While three projects requesting grant below one million have been approved by the Scientific Committee of WWF- Small Grant Programme during its meeting held on 18 September 2008.
As per the policy, funds are disbursed to project implementing organizations on quarterly basis. In the first instant as of December 2008, a total of 5.36 million rupees have been released to 10 partner organizations. Out of these thirteen projects, one project is executed by academic institute, three projects are being implemented by governmental departments and nine projects are being executed by NGOs.
